Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a great shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and store operations.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
