Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with shopping, communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to the management team.
• Participate in inventory counts and follow cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and cash register operation skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
