Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) responsible for ensuring the store is merchandised, stocked, and maintained to provide an exceptional customer shopping experience. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to deliver outstanding customer service and enhance store operations.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering and customer transactions.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Communicate effectively within the team and to management.
• Monitor inventory and provide feedback on products and issues.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Participate in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
