Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, stocking products, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide outstanding customer service.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
