Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience, ensuring the store is well-organized, and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers competitive wages and benefits, including a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Handle inventory counts, monitor inventory accuracy, and provide feedback on products.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, perform general cleaning duties, and adhere to company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
