Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's smooth operation. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members.
• Communicate effectively with store management, giving feedback on products and inventory.
• Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and security protocols.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Experience in retail and knowledge of general cleaning duties preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
