Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's stock is merchandised effectively, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean and organized merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and contribute to store inventory counts.
• Follow cash handling procedures and uphold company policies and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment efficiently.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
