Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for running your own store successfully. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, developing operational plans, and mentoring team members.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Previous retail experience, with management experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
