Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training to efficiently manage store operations and lead a team towards achieving exceptional customer service and store performance. As a Store Manager Trainee, your responsibilities will include supervising daily store activities, maintaining quality and freshness of products, managing schedules, hiring and training staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maximizing store profitability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Maintain store signage, product quality, and freshness.
• Manage employee schedules and provide leadership to the team.
• Hire, train, and evaluate store personnel.
• Monitor and achieve store payroll and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
