Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee at Aldi. In this role, you will train on all aspects of successfully running a store while supervising day-to-day operations, ensuring high levels of customer service, and developing your team. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, handling customer concerns, maintaining store signage, hiring staff, and ensuring proper stock levels and product quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting inventory counts, managing cash audits, and creating a safe work environment for all. Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent customer service skills
• Prior experience in retail, with management experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexibility to travel within divisional requirements
