Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our Memory Care Unit team at The University of Vermont Health Network. As an LNA in the Memory Care Unit, you will work under the direction of the Staff Nurse to provide essential personal care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver basic personal care support to residents.
  • Assist in specific aspects of patient care.
  • Communicate responsively, respectfully, and supportively with residents.

Requirements

  • State of Vermont LNA license.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and respectfully in a team environment.
