Job Description

The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking a dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our Post Acute Unit at Helen Porter Rehabilitation & Nursing. As an LNA, you will work under the supervision of the Staff Nurse to provide essential personal care and support to residents, embodying a commitment to respectful and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver basic personal care support in accordance with patient needs.
  • Ensure responsive communication and support for residents.
  • Collaborate effectively with the nursing team.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • State of Vermont LNA license.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
