Job Description
Genesis Healthcare, a leading healthcare services provider, is seeking a Nurse-LPN MDS Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will participate in the Resident Assessment Process by completing the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and Care Area Assessments (CAAs) to ensure appropriate patient care and nursing center reimbursement.
Position Highlights
- Direct the RAI process and ensure accurate completion and transmission of the MDS.
- Develop individualized resident Care Plans in compliance with Federal and State regulations.
- Train interdisciplinary team members on clinical content and MDS completion.
Requirements
- LPN license in good standing.
- Previous healthcare facility experience.
- Proficiency in general, rehabilitative, and restorative nursing practices.
- Computer literacy in Windows applications.
- AccuMed experience preferred.
