Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the customer shopping experience through exceptional service.

Position Type:

Full-Time

Average Hours:

32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage:

$17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift and stock merchandise, perform various physical tasks

Qualifications:

• 18 years or older
• Customer service and cash handling skills
• Ability to operate equipment and follow procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent, retail experience preferred
