Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store, ensuring efficient operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on product issues.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is beneficial.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
