Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain a clean store environment, and organize merchandise displays.
• Offer exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and communicating effectively with team members and management.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash handling procedures, and follow company policies and procedures diligently.
• Operate equipment safely, interpret company guidelines, and ensure efficient store operations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Experience in retail or similar environment preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
