Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This full-time position offers competitive pay starting at $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising and stocking tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain store security and organization.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handling various store equipment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
