Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Store Team Members to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store operations run smoothly and that our customers receive top-notch service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the team to provide exceptional customer service
• Stock shelves, maintain store cleanliness, and process customer purchases
• Communicate effectively with management and team members
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Participate in inventory management and perform general store duties

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate cash registers and cleaning equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Capability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred
