Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure well-stocked shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling
• Ability to follow company policies, provide excellent service, and work in a team
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience
