Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks following ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and report issues to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Comply with company policies, maintain security measures, and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficient in using store equipment and following cleaning procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
