Store Team Member

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member and contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. As a key member of the store, you will handle merchandising, cashiering, and cleaning tasks to maintain a well-organized and inviting environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Perform cleaning tasks according to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
