Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join Aldi and contribute to maintaining a smooth in-store operation. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness of the store.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support a collaborative team environment.
• Assist in inventory control and accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring the security of store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in cash register operation and store equipment handling.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is advantageous.
• Capability to fulfill physical demands of the role.
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcoholic beverage sales.
