Job Description

We are looking for driven individuals to join our team as Store Team Members at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains a welcoming environment and provides exceptional customer service. From merchandising to cashiering and maintaining cleanliness, you will be an integral part of the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
