Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Participate in inventory management activities and adhere to cash handling policies
• Comply with company procedures, security measures, and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment
• Capable of performing general cleaning tasks
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently or in a team environment
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus
