Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI location. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's operations and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and orderly.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts and uphold company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capable of fulfilling general cleaning tasks to company standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
