Whole Foods Market is currently hiring for various full-time and part-time Team Member roles across different departments. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for tasks related to customer service, stocking, and sanitation in your assigned department. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive company image by providing outstanding service to customers and fellow Team Members.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
• Follows department procedures for preparing, storing, rotating, and stocking of products.
• Monitors product quality and freshness, ensures proper product rotation.
• Assists with periodic inventory checks.
• Ensures cases and shelves are clean and well-stocked.
• Provides excellent customer service, models suggestive selling techniques.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment.
• Follows established procedures for safety and compliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Desired Work Experience:

• No prior retail experience required.
