Job Description

As a Team Leader at Store 7102 with Jack in the Box, you will play a crucial role in leading and training team members to ensure exceptional guest experiences. This includes maintaining food quality, meeting guest expectations, and upholding JIB standards.

Qualifications:

  • 6 months of JIB experience or 1 year of supervisory experience in customer service.
  • Completion of Team Leader training classes and ServSafe certification in some states.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with additional language proficiency in certain locations.
  • Basic math skills, analytical ability, organization, and integrity.
  • Physical requirements include standing/walking, lifting, listening, and operating equipment.
