Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader (Store 7103) to supervise and guide our team members in consistently delivering an outstanding guest experience at Jack in the Box. As the operational leader, you will ensure high-quality food, exceed guest expectations, and maintain compliance with all company standards and procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience - Minimum of 6 months at JIB with full workstation certification or 1 year supervisory experience in customer service.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities - Must be at least 18 years old, completion of Team Leader training, ServSafe certification in some states. Strong communication skills, basic math competence, ability to work well in diverse teams, analytical and organizational skills.
- Physical Requirements - Able to be on feet and mobile during shifts, lift up to 25 lbs, take orders, operate cash register, and read displays.
