1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Associate for 1st Shift at Aldi. This position offers up to $25.00 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders received from stores, organizing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and collaborating effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
