Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the Aldi team. This position offers up to $22.00 per hour and entails various responsibilities including receiving stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety. As part of our team, you will contribute to achieving warehouse goals and upholding quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise based on guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
- Maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Adherence to company policies and procedures.
