1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour based on shift differentials. The 1st Shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Organize and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate effectively with warehouse team.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues.
• Assist in achieving budget goals and comply with company policies.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
