Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As part of the store management team, you will play a crucial role in supervising day-to-day activities, ensuring store performance, managing schedules, and fostering team development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans for improved store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization while optimizing product placement for maximum sales.
• Supervise team operations and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience, with at least 3 years in a progressive role.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; management experience preferred.
