Associate Director, Analytics & Insights

Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Analytics & Insights to join the Analytics & Insights team. As a central figure in the team, you will utilize advanced analytics methodologies to generate valuable insights and actions, including predictive analytics and machine learning applications. This role involves leading digital and promotional response analytics, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to strategic decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Shape and communicate insights-driven recommendations to support business decisions.
• Apply cutting-edge analytics methodologies to identify performance drivers and opportunities.
• Implement analytical solutions for business risk assessment and ROI analytics.
• Lead and contribute to strategic meetings for insights sharing and performance updates.
• Analyze key brand metrics to support business management and decision-making.
• Represent the voice of the customer by synthesizing marketplace understanding from various sources.

Requirements

• BA or BS with a concentration in Life Sciences, Business, or Mathematics; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in strategic analysis, planning, and analytics.
• Excellent analytical skills with a track record of actionable recommendations.
• Experience with pharmaceutical data sources such as Symphony and IQVIA.
• Ability to influence senior management and business partners.
