Senior Manager, Medical Affairs - Training & Excellence

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager, Medical Affairs - Training & Excellence to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the US Medical Affairs training objectives, strategy plan, learning programs, and field excellence. You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to create scientific training curriculum and support the development of field medical capabilities. The position requires a deep understanding of Medical Affairs function and training/excellence needs, as well as excellent organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with USMA Training and Excellence team and internal stakeholders to develop strategic training plans.
• Conduct and facilitate training for field Medical in assigned therapeutic areas.
• Maintain updated training content and evaluate the success of training programs.
• Participate in the development and refinement of capabilities of the assigned Medical team.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Science or Medicine - PhD, PharmD, or MD.
• 3-5 years of experience within Medical Affairs, with prior field Medical Affairs experience preferred.
• Expertise in Jazz therapeutic areas of interest is preferred.
• Experience in adult learning education or training is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

• Competitive salary range: $148,000-$222,000.
