Director, Statistical Programming (Remote)

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Director of Statistical Programming to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the product leaders and external FSP personnel, overseeing ongoing clinical studies, and planning the operational aspects of new clinical studies. You will play a crucial role in Integrated Data Analytics and Statistical Programming, ensuring quality and timely deliverables while maintaining compliance with SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Clinical Analysis Reporting Leads for delivery based on goals.
• Collaborate with various functions to drive process improvement projects.
• Manage strategic priorities and resources for multiple product leads.
• Develop performance requirements and measurements according to company standards.
• Lead by example, fostering a positive work environment and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• 15+ years of statistical programming experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech Industry.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Extensive experience in managing CROs or FSPs and knowledge of drug development regulations.
• Proficiency in SAS programming and willingness to adapt to new software.
