We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Late Development Team in Oncology (BTC & GEA). In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving the late product lifecycle strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful progression of products from proof of concept to approval.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Late Development Team in establishing and executing global product strategy.
• Provide operational and strategic guidance for the product, aligning with the Target Product Profile.
• Collaborate with functional area leaders to secure necessary resources and capabilities.
• Represent product strategy at Jazz governance reviews.
• Establish and maintain collaborative alliances with third parties for program facilitation.

Requirements

• +15 years global multi-disciplinary drug development experience in pharma/biotech industry.
• Proven leadership in late-phase Solid Tumor Oncology drug development and regulatory submissions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead global cross-functional teams and collaborations effectively.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Education and Licenses

• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) required.
