Associate Director, Medical Science Liaison (Remote)

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Director, Medical Science Liaison to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. In this strategic leadership role, you will collaborate with the Oncology US Medical Affairs Leadership team to manage and inspire a team of Medical Science Liaisons. Your primary task will be to guide MSLs in cultivating thought leaders in the field of Hematology-Oncology and aligning their activities with the strategic direction of the Jazz Oncology Franchise. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing a high level of scientific acumen, fostering internal and external credibility, and ensuring compliance with corporate and healthcare guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, coach, and develop MSL team members.
• Ensure clear territory engagement plans and collection of clinical insights.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address challenges and establish partnerships.
• Maintain up-to-date expertise in therapeutic areas and ensure MSL team credibility.

Qualifications

• MD, PharmD, PhD degree or equivalent with experience in Oncology.
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience, including managing MSLs.
• Demonstrated ability to present data effectively and strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel up to 60%.
