Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store activities, including merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and work collaboratively with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Assist customers with shopping and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Operate cash register efficiently and safely handle store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.
