Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

As a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You will work collaboratively with the Aldi team to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean displays, and stock shelves efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, report issues, and take part in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize discrepancies.
• Follow company policies, uphold security measures, and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Efficient cash register operation skills.
• Proficiency in using store equipment and performing cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Compliance with state and local regulations related to alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
