Job Description

We are looking to hire a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and assist customers.
  • Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
  • Follow company procedures and maintain security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate cash register and store equipment effectively.
  • Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
