Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain clean store premises, and organize merchandise displays
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management
- Give feedback on products, inventory status, and operational issues
- Support store inventory procedures and ensure accuracy
- Adhere to cash handling policies and maintain security and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment
- Capability to handle cleaning duties and follow company policies
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales
