Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
  • Comply with company policies while maintaining security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and related equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Work well independently and in a team.
  • Ability to follow instructions, pay attention to detail, and multitask efficiently.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Knowledge equivalent to a combination of education and experience.
