Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our dedicated team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Type

Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)

Starting Wage

$17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Stock shelves, maintain cleanliness, and process customer purchases
• Assist customers with shopping, provide exceptional service, and communicate effectively with the team
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience
