Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a positive shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and keep the store looking tidy.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
