Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years to work at ALDI.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Operational proficiency with cash registers and store equipment.
  • Capable of meeting physical demands and complying with safety guidelines.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a bonus.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to the retail environment.
