Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to company standards.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate with management.
  • Contribute to inventory processes and ensure accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and maintain security protocols.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in retail is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
