Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, processing purchases, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
  • Provide feedback to management on products and inventory.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and monitor accuracy.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Efficient cash register operation.
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
