Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store associates, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and general store issues.
  • Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and ensure security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle customer transactions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
