Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Director, Global Medical Affairs, Neuroscience-Sleep to join our global biopharmaceutical company. Reporting to the Global Medical Affairs Molecule Lead, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing integrated medical strategies and plans for our sleep products globally. This leadership position requires expertise in the field of sleep medicine, clinical development, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of Global Medical Affairs Strategy and Integrated Evidence Generation Plan for sleep products.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure medical needs are represented in global matrix teams.
  • Drive high-quality scientific and strategic communications and evidence generation strategies.
  • Engage with key opinion leaders and stakeholders to support product lifecycle management.
  • Ensure compliance with international codes and regulations relevant to the markets.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in Medical Affairs and/or clinical development in neurosciences.
  • Clinical experience in neurology/psychiatry, specifically in sleep medicine, is highly desired.
  • MD degree strongly preferred.
  • Experience in developing and executing Global Medical Affairs Strategies and Plans.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
