Job Description: Director Toxicology at Jazz Pharmaceuticals

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director of Toxicology to manage global nonclinical regulatory toxicology for assigned portfolio products. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams and reports to the Head of Toxicology, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality toxicology studies and reports.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, support, and manage direct reports.
• Design, conduct, and monitor toxicology studies at external CROs.
• Represent Toxicology in cross-functional teams to address potential issues.
• Prepare responses to health authorities and contribute to early development teams.

Requirements:

• Ph.D. in Toxicology, Pharmacology, Pathology, or related fields.
• 8-10 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of FDA, EMA, and ICH regulations.
• Experience in authoring nonclinical elements of regulatory submissions.
• Excellent communication and scientific writing skills.
